Al Amin’s educational and professional background in the city of Abuja, Istanbul and London cultivated and inspired his desire for the restoration of religious infrastructures around the world in promoting a rich tapestry of community and its consciousness of dignity in humanity.
Al Amin’s Postgraduate Master’s Thesis is expressive of the need for the restoration of historic and civic buildings in prolonging its longevity through repurposing its use within the areas of worship spaces, educational spaces, co-living and production spaces thus injecting life back into abandoned and obsolete infrastructures.
